“It’s not where you start. It’s where you finish that counts.” ~Zig Ziglar.

As we approach the final stretch of 2024, I have a big question for you, |FNAME|: When the ball drops in Times Square on New Year’s Eve, what will be your biggest regret if you haven’t accomplished it?

The race is on, but it’s not too late. You have time to finish strong. Forget your New Year’s resolutions and past disappointments—they don’t matter anymore. What matters is what you do now.

Start from where you are!

Don’t dwell on broken resolutions. Your past failures don’t define you. Whether your goals are in business, relationships, health, or personal growth, the key is to ask: What do I need to do now to finish 2024 strong?

The Power of a Deadline.
There’s no deadline more powerful than December 31. It’s a marker of where you’ve been—and where you can still go. So, where should you focus? Consider these five areas: job and career, finances, relationships, health, and spiritual and emotional well-being.

Job and Career. Every career milestone is a stepping stone toward the future. Is there a project you’ve delayed? A skill you need to develop? Now is the time to take action. Set achievable goals and make progress before the year’s end.

Finances. Your financial habits today are creating the foundation for tomorrow. Whether saving, reducing debt or investing, take steps to secure a better 2024 – and set yourself up for a prosperous 2025. It’s not just about earning; it’s about managing your resources wisely.

Relationships. The quality of your relationships defines the richness of your life. Have you been present for those who matter most? Don’t wait until the holidays to reconnect—start now and strengthen your most important bonds.

Health. Your health is your most valuable asset, and it’s the most significant investment you can make in yourself. Whether you exercise, improve your diet, or make time for self-care, small actions now can lead to lasting well-being.

Spiritual and Emotional Well-being. True fulfillment comes from nurturing both your spirit and mind.  It’s not just about having God in your life—it’s about living with purpose, peace, and joy. Whether through prayer, reflection, or nature, make time for what nourishes you.

Action is the Antidote. Don’t let the rest of this year slip away. Small, steady actions now can transform your entire year—and your future. The next four months offer a chance to make lasting changes. Don’t wait for the new year to set goals—act now.

When the ball drops in Times Square, I want you to reflect on 2024 with gratitude and a sense of accomplishment. So, what will you do today to make sure that happens?

|FNAME|, let’s finish strong. No regrets!

  • Choose your top priority today. Reflect on the areas of your life that need the most attention and choose one to focus on.
  • Set a Specific, Achievable Goal. Break down your top priority into a clear, achievable goal with a deadline. Make sure it’s realistic and measurable so you can track your progress.
  • Make a Plan Now. Develop a step-by-step action plan to achieve your goal. Include daily or weekly tasks to keep you on track, and set milestones to celebrate small victories.
  • Stay Accountable. Share your goal with someone you trust, or join a community that supports and encourages you. Regular check-ins will help you stay committed and motivated.
  • Take Immediate Action. Don’t wait for the perfect moment—start today. Even a tiny step in the right direction can build momentum and get you closer to finishing the year strong.
