When you’ve prayed and done all you can do, it’s time to stand firm and wait — patiently and confidently. Romans 8:28 tells us that all things work together for our good, but we should understand that God is working on our behalf, even when we may not see it. Remember the angel who visited Daniel? It took him 21 days to get to Daniel, but note this: “Do not be afraid, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart on understanding this and on humbling yourself before your God, your words were heard.” He further explained that he was held up by the kings of Persia (in a spiritual battle, mind you). Are you in a situation today that you just don’t know how to handle? That’s okay, God is already working on the solution, the way of escape, the resources and the answer. Rest in it! Believe it! It may be the 11th hour for you, but God is always right on time! Just when you need it! Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. (Eph. 6:13). Also, see Philippians 1:6; Romans 8:38-39.
