Little things matter.
It’s not necessarily the pay raise or promotion at work, or the new pair of shoes, or the fact that your team won a big game.Important, perhaps. Life-changing, maybe, for a short time. Those things tarnish though, and they fade away. But it’s the small things that last forever and have the biggest impact on our lives.
The main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing. It’s not a sin to say “No!” Sometimes, a “good thing” isn’t a good thing, especially when it’s not your main thing.
