One of my favorite scriptures in Acts 4:13 portrays this perfectly: “Now as they observed the confidence of Peter and John and understood that they were uneducated and untrained men, they were amazed and began to recognize them as having been with Jesus.” Again, Peter and John didn’t graduate for the best university, didn’t have a ton of money, but they spent time where it mattered most.
